Right in the middle of town, within walking distance to SUNY Fredonia, local restaurants & nightlife, weekly farmer's market, and more. Building is clean, quiet, & well maintained. Landlords are always friendly, easy to get a hold of, quick to fix any issues that come up, answer questions, or just help with figuring out how things work. If I could have taken my apartment with me when I moved, I definitely would have.”
