Gary has spent more than 40 years owning and carefully stewarding the building, shaping it into a standout place of business in downtown Fredonia. When he is not focused on maintaining and improving the property, you might find him windsurfing on Lake Erie, or cruising backcountry roads on his motorcycle. A father, world traveler, carpenter, and artist, he brings a rare blend of experience and passion that sets him apart as a truly exceptional building operator.

Geoffrey is an adventurer, builder, creator, and building manager at One Park Place, raised in Fredonia, New York, where a generous and inspiring community shaped his desire to give back through his work. Known for progressive energy, he values clear communication and lasting relationships as a personal mission. Alongside Gary, he challenges convention at One Park Place by favoring a thoughtful approach over traditional ownership models.
