Gary Wragge, Owner/CEO 

Gary has owned and worked diligently over the past 40 years to bring the building to its current prominence as a place of business in downtown Fredonia.  When Gary isn't keeping the working on the building you might find him in the Lake Erie waters catching mondo air or cruising back country roads on his Harley.  As a world traveler, carpenter, avid tree climber, dad, and connoisseur of all things extreme Gary's eclectic combination of experience makes him a building operator for the ages.    

Geoffrey Lesch-Wragge, Property Manager/COO

Geoffrey, adventurer, builder, creator and building manager at One Park Place. As a native of Fredonia, NY Geoff grew up within a wonderfully generous and stimulating community. Through his work he hopes to return the favor.

Geoff is characterized by the presence of progressive energy.  Ensuring communication while creating lasting relationships is an ongoing personal mission.  Gary and Geoff are known to “buck tradition” in their management of One Park Place. They strive for a personal touch not synonymous with traditional ownership models.
